A deposit when booking is required of £50 with the balance paid 4 weeks before the start of the booking. Where a booking is made 6 weeks or later, prior to the start date of the booking, the whole amount is required. We are unable to take payment by credit card, cheques should be made payable to Mr. J Bainbridge.

In the case of cancellation the deposit is not returnable, however if the week is subsequently booked a part refund will be made. We may be able to, subject to availability availability change the date of the holiday.
